Ramila Solanki, hailing from the quaint village of Rupamora in Dwarka, dreams of bringing glory not only to her family but also to Gujarat and the nation. Her father, a farmer, shares in the pride of his daughter’s accomplishments.
This notable feat follows closely on the heels of Kinjal Thakor’s triumph in the triathlon group-B category, where she secured the top spot with 2,520 points on the tournament’s opening day. Both Ramila and Kinjal hail from the Nadiad Athletics Academy, showcasing the institution’s prowess in nurturing female athletes.

Expressing her ambitions, Ramila Solanki shared, “I want to play for India at the international level. I will start my preparation for the upcoming National Youth.” This achievement is particularly special for Ramila, who, despite previous participations in NIDJAM, secured her first medal through dedicated hard work.
