Aakash Khuman Hyderabad: Big news for fans of actor Vijay and director Venkat Prabhu! Their new movie, “The Greatest of All Time” (also known as The GOAT), finally has a release date. The actor and the film’s makers revealed that this sci-fi action film will be out on September 5, showing in cinemas worldwide.

Vijay made the exciting announcement on social media, sharing a fresh poster where he’s seen in glasses, a formal shirt, and a salt-and-pepper beard, with a cityscape in the background. The poster simply says, “December fifth,” marking the movie’s release day.
Director Venkat Prabhu also shared the same poster on social media, adding, “With Eid greetings, we are arriving on Ganesh Chaturthi. Whistle for our Thalapathy.”

Insights on ‘The Greatest of All Time’
The movie’s posters have revealed that Vijay will play a dual role, with one character using de-ageing technology. He has a clean-shaven look for this part.
This project marks Venkat Prabhu’s first collaboration with Vijay and features a star-studded cast including Mic Mohan, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Sneha, Laila, Jayaram, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Yogi Babu. Yuvan Shankar Raja handles the music, Siddhartha Nuni manages the cinematography, and Venkat Raajen takes care of editing.
