We often come across people who are huge fan of the cricket team and other sports person, and for them they can do anything and can go to any extent. But have you ever heard of a fan murdering other man who isn’t the fan of a person?
Recently a news came up where a person from Tamil Nadu killed his friend as he wasn’t the fan of Virat Kohli. The cricket discussion between 2 drunken friends turned into violence . According to the latest reports, a youth was killed by his friend after making fun of Virat Kohli. The incident reportedly took place on Tuesday (October 11) night near the SIDCO Industrial Estate in Mallur, Tamil Nadu.
Discussion between 2 cricket fans, P Vignesh 26 year old youth and Dharam raj 21 year old got into a heated argument with each other. Vignesh, a Mumbai Indian fan, disagreed with his friend who was the fan of Virat Kohli and RCB. Later the argument changed into a physical fight among them , Dharma raj attacked his friend Vignesh with a bottle, then with a cricket bat, before fleeing the spot.
When Police started the investigation , they got to know that Vignesh frequently made fun of Dharma raj’s stammering. According to media reports, on the day of the incident also, Vignesh poked fun at Dharma raj and even body-shamed him for his speech defect and compared that with Kohli and RCB’s performances, further while talking about the incident police said ,“During the course of their debate, Vignesh had allegedly mocked RCB and Virat Kohli. Vignesh had the habit of body shaming Dharma raj, who was a stammerer. On that day he had made some remarks comparing the RCB team to the speaking difficulty of Dharma raj. This infuriated Dharma raj who attacked Vignesh with a bottle and later hit him with a cricket bat on the head. Dharma raj soon fled the spot.”
Finally Dharam raj was caught and the complain was filed against him.
