Aakash Khuman Mumbai: Ahan Shetty isn’t just soaking up the sun on his recent trip to Bali – he’s using the island paradise as his personal training ground for his upcoming action flick “Sanki” alongside Pooja Hegde.

“Bali offered the perfect environment for Ahan to focus on his fitness goals,” shared a source. “His trainer created a tailored program that maximised his training and aligned with his fitness goals as he gears up for his upcoming movie. Ahan trained twice a day and also maintained his strict diet plan. Ahan also took care of himself with ice baths and saunas for recovery post training.”
Ahan also discovered a new passion during his training retreat. “He was introduced to padel while there,” the source revealed, “and it’s become a sport he really enjoys playing with friends now.”
“Bali has some of the best training facilities, so it was like a dream training ground for ‘Sanki,'” says Ahan Shetty. “The beautiful surroundings kept me motivated, and having a custom program really pushed me to new limits. Plus, discovering padel added a fun element to the whole experience. I can’t wait to see how this transformation translates to my character on screen in my upcoming movie!”
Ahan’s commitment to fitness and his eagerness to explore new activities paint a picture of a well-rounded athlete. Fans can certainly expect to see a transformed Ahan Shetty when the film releases.
